Glad to see you writing on this, Chris. When I left Big Pharma in 2004, there were rumblings then about a crisis (well, there’s always a crisis but you know…). The general public doesn’t see ‘public health’ — only their own need, which makes sense. Their child is sick, something must be done to save them. Of course, antibiotics must be used. Nobody is saying they mustn’t.

The bigger picture is what happens when nothing works anymore? That’s what’s at stake. Thank you for digging into it.
