Hi Stephen! Thanks for commenting. Honestly, this is probably my most effective tip (for myself). I find having social media open all the time far too distracting.
That’s one of the main reasons I use Hootsuite. Having one dashboard that handles everything (scheduling and interaction) is effective time-management, and it doesn’t show me notifications (well, I’ve shut them off on mobile and desktop).
I only open up Twitter, FB, IG, etc. individually, to work on client accounts or my own social when I’ve dedicated that time for work. LMK how it goes for you!
