I’m not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV :) and I hate when people jump in to try to solve your problem with well-meaning but unwanted advice. I won’t be that person except to ask: can you follow up with a neuro (sorry, sounding like a mom here) with an MRI? ERs do only the very basic stuff, as I’m sure you well know.
