This is so insightful and wise, Dave, particularly from someone outside the U.S. It’s truly terrifying, living here, to see how many people believe the hoax rumors when, even if the reports have somehow been doctored, one can clearly see how people in other countries are handling COVID19, as you so clearly show in Vietnam.

Yet they refuse to believe it. I cannot comprehend the, what, ignorance? Refusal of evidence? It’s mind-boggling to me.

So I stay in my home with my kids and boyfriend as much as possible, with the exception of exercise, pharmacy visits (if necessary), and dental/doctor visits (again, if necessary). Those who think it’s a hoax can put their own lives at risk and those of us who understand the severity must do our best to avoid them.
